Return Policy

Return Policy Requirements

  • We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not happy with it please feel free to mail it back.
  • All SALE merchandise, PROMO gift with purchase transactions, Jewelry, Seasonal items, and undergarments are FINAL SALES.
  • All shipping costs on returns and any re-shipment of products are at the customer’s expense.
  • ALL Returns are for store credit or exchange ONLY.  All returns will be eligible for store credit or an exchange if the following applies:
    • All items must be unworn, unwashed merchandise with the original tags attached.
    • All items must be received by Rhinestone Angel within 14 days of the original purchase date to be issued a store credit.
  • If your item does not meet the above criteria, please do not return.
  • If your item does meet the above criteria, please include your name, order number and contact information and reason for return.
